The\nrole involves managing and securing Windows and VMware environments using\nManageEngine Endpoint Central, ensuring systems remain compliant, secure, and\noperational.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage vulnerability assessments, remediation, and patch deploymentacross enterprise environments. \n\nAdminister ManageEngine Endpoint Central, including agent management,OS deployment, software distribution, and endpoint lifecycle management.\n Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain endpoint security, compliance, and\nplatform health. \n\nCoordinate patching activities with infrastructure and application teams whileminimizing business impact. \n\nProvide L1/L2 IT support for hardware, software, network, and endpointrelated issues. \n\nMaintain documentation, SOPs, reporting, and vulnerability remediationtracking. \n\nSupport security compliance requirements and stay updated on emergingthreats and vulnerabilities.\n\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central or any otherrelated tool.\n\nStrong knowledge of Windows, VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy,DNS, and DHCP. \n\nHands-on experience in patch management, vulnerability remediation,endpoint management, OS imaging, and software deployment.\n\nFamiliarity with security frameworks, compliance standards, and securitytools. \n\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.\nEducation: \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a relatedfield. \n\nRelevant certifications (IT & Security) are a
