Asset Management, and Configuration Management.\nThis role will serve as both technical and process\narchitect, working closely with IT Operations, Service Desk,\nInfrastructure, Applications, Security, and business stakeholders to translate\ncomplex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with\norganizational objectives, ITIL best practices, governance, compliance, and\noperational standards.\nThe architect will be responsible for defining ServiceNow\narchitecture, platform standards, integration strategies, automation\nframeworks, ITSM processes, CMDB governance, reporting, and continuous\nimprovement initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesignand architect scalable ServiceNow ITSM solutions aligned with business and\nIT objectives.\n\nLeadimplementation and optimization of:\n\nIncidentManagement\n\nRequestManagement\n\nChangeManagement\n\nProblemManagement\n\nKnowledgeManagement\n\nServiceCatalog\n\nSLAManagement\n\nCMDB& Configuration Management\n\nAssetManagement\n\nDefineServiceNow platform architecture, standards, governance, and best\npractices.\n\nArchitectand implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nLeadCMDB governance, CSDM adoption, and data quality initiatives.\n\nDesignand support enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server,\nImport Sets, and IntegrationHub.\n\nReviewand guide development activities involving Business Rules, Client Scripts,\nScript Includes, ACLs, Flows, and APIs.\n\nDevelopexecutive dashboards, KPIs, Performance Analytics, and operational\nreporting.\n\nLeadplatform upgrades, releases, architecture reviews, and continuous\nimprovement initiatives.\n\nConduct stakeholder workshops, requirementsgathering sessions, and solution design reviews.\n\nRequirements\n8+years of experience in ServiceNow, ITSM, Solution Architecture, or IT\nOperations.\n\nStronghands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite.\n\nExpertisein ITIL processes and service management best practices.\n\nExperiencewith:\n\nFlowDesigner\n\nIntegrationHub\nCMDB&
