The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end SPM implementations for Healthcare organizations, including solution design, configuration, integration, deployment, and optimization.\nThis role requires deep knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions that align with healthcare operational and strategic objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Design\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions for healthcare clients.\nDefine scalable and sustainable ServiceNow SPM architecture aligned with business objectives.\nConduct discovery workshops and gather business, operational, and portfolio management requirements.\nDesign end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.\nServiceNow SPM Implementation\nImplement and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management modules, including: \nDemand Management\nProject Portfolio Management (PPM)\nResource Management\nAgile Development\nInnovation Management\nInvestment Funding\nStrategic Planning Workspace\nEnterprise Architecture Workspace (preferred)\n\nConfigure workflows, forms, business rules, UI policies, and automation processes.\nBuild dashboards, reports, scorecards, KPIs, and executive portfolio views.\nSupport portfolio governance, project lifecycle management, and resource planning processes.\nDevelopment & Integration\nDevelop and customize ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.\nCreate and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.\nDevelop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions.\nSupport CI/CD and deployment processes within the ServiceNow platform.\nHealthcare Domain Support\nCollaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand portfolio management, compliance, and operational requirements.\nDesign solutions supporting healthcare transformation initiatives, IT governance, and strategic planning.\nEnsure solutions align with healthcare industry standards and organizational policies.\nImplementation & Support\nLead full project lifecycle activities including: \nDiscovery\nSolution Design\nDevelopment\nTesting\nDeployment\nHypercare Support\n\nConduct UAT sessions and support production releases.\nProvide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization recommendations.\nMentor junior developers and administrators.\nRequirements\nFor ServiceNow SPM Architect:\n8+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.\n4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM implementations.\nProven experience leading at least 2-3 full-cycle SPM implementations from scratch.\nStrong architecture and solution design experience.\nExperience working directly with executive stakeholders and PMO teams.\nFor ServiceNow SPM Senior Developer:\n5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.\n3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM modules.\nExperience building and implementing SPM solutions from requirements through production deployment.\nStrong ServiceNow scripting and development expertise.\nMandatory Skills\nServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)\nDemand Management\nProject Portfolio Management (PPM)\nResource Management\nAgile Development\nStrategic Planning Workspace\nServiceNow Platform Development\nFlow Designer\nBusiness Rules\nClient Scripts\nScript Includes\nIntegrationHub\nREST/SOAP Integrations\nService Catalog\nCMDB fundamentals\nAgile/Scrum methodologies\nSDLC and release management\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
