This role requires complete ownership of project delivery, ensuring successful implementation from initiation to production.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis\nGather and analyze business requirements through stakeholder discussions and workshops.\nPrepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams.\nAnalyze business problems and propose effective technical solutions.\nAct as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.\nEnd-to-End Project Delivery\nManage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to deployment and production support.\nPlan project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.\nCoordinate development, testing, deployment, and production releases.\nProvide regular project status updates to stakeholders.\nTechnical Responsibilities\nWork in an AI-assisted development environment using Claude Desktop (Claude Code) or similar AI tools.\nManage source code using Git repositories and version control best practices.\nUtilize Azure DevOps for Boards, Repositories, Pipelines, and Release Management.\nSupport CI/CD pipeline implementation and deployment automation.\nWrite and analyze SQL queries and understand database schemas.\nWork with Azure Portal services for application deployment and management.\nExperience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, or DynamoDB is an added advantage.\nRequirements\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Techno-Functional Business Analyst.\nStrong experience managing end-to-end project delivery.\nHands-on experience in Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines).\nExperience with Azure Portal.\nStrong knowledge of Git repositories and version control.\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.\nGood knowledge of SQL databases, query writing, and data modeling.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.\nExcellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with NoSQL databases.\nHealthcare IT or Government project experience.\nAgile/Scrum methodology experience.\nKnowledge of Azure Boards or Jira.\nAwareness of security and compliance standards such as SOC 2 and HITRUST.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).\nWork Location & Shift\nHyderabad, India (Work From Office)\nMonday to Friday\nNo Work From Home\nShift: 3:00 PM -
