The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Workday integrations while collaborating with business stakeholders, HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party vendors.\nThe candidate must possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies, troubleshooting, integration monitoring, and supporting enterprise HR systems. This is a fully onsite position supporting U.S. business operations during Eastern Time working hours.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.\nBuild and support Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Cloud Connect integrations.\nDevelop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party applications.\nCreate and maintain Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XML, XSLT, and Workday APIs.\nTroubleshoot integration failures, monitor scheduled integrations, and resolve production issues.\nCollaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams to gather business requirements and deliver integration solutions.\nPerform unit testing, system testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).\nMonitor integration performance and recommend process improvements.\nCreate technical documentation, integration specifications, and support documentation.\nParticipate in Workday releases, upgrades, and regression testing activities.\nEnsure integrations comply with security standards, data privacy, and organizational policies.\nProvide production support and timely resolution of integration-related incidents.\nRequirements\n4+ years of experience working with Workday Integrations.\nWorkday Integration Certification is Mandatory.\nStrong experience with Workday Studio.\nHands-on experience with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).\nExperience with Core Connectors and Cloud Connect.\nStrong knowledge of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).\nExperience with XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation.\nExperience developing inbound and outbound integrations.\nKnowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.\nExperience troubleshooting production integration issues.\nStrong understanding of Workday security related to integrations.\nExperience working with third-party HR, Payroll, Finance, or Benefits systems.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment supporting U.S. business operations.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nAdditional workday certifications are an added advantage.\nExperience with Payroll, HCM, Benefits, Financials, or Recruiting integrations.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nKnowledge of middleware technologies is a plus.\nExperience supporting U.S.-based clients is
