Working closely with our project teams and EPC contractors, you will help maintain a proactive safety and environmental risk management culture across our clean energy projects. This role reports to our Head of EHS and works cross-functionally with Construction, Operations, Engineering, and Development.\nWhat You'll Do\nEHS Coordination & Compliance\nHelp ensure day-to-day site compliance with local laws, regulatory agency rules, and internal company EHS policies.\n\nCollect, organize, and report on company-wide EHS targets, safety metrics, and operational KPIs.\n\nAssist with administrative tracking of EHS operating budgets and help compile data for project justifications.\n\nMaintain the EHS training curriculum databases, track employee training records, and monitor program attendance.\n\nGather and compile monthly safety reports and metrics from our EPC partners, subcontractors, and vendors.\n\nPerform routine visits to construction and operating sites to observe safety practices and assist field teams.\n\nSupport the bid-review process by evaluating prospective contractors’ EHS history and program submissions.\n\nMonitor operational compliance checklists and organize essential safety records, permits, and OSHA documents.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Management, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in heavy industrial construction or energy projects (solar, wind, oil & gas).\n\nASP, CHST, or OSHA 30-Hour preferred (or willingness to obtain within 12 months).\n\nBasic understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and incident investigation support.\n\nAbility to complete FEMA IS-100, 200, 700, and 800 training upon hire;
