Join us!\nPurpose of Job:\nThe Associate Digital Marketing Manager - CRM will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing automation programs focused on acquiring, retaining and building loyalty with our customers. This individual will work with a host of cross-functional partners including Channel Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Web and Brand to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty and drive sales growth across the organization.\nJob Components:\nManage all engagement marketing programs across email automation, focused on supporting customer acquisition, onboarding and retention efforts.\nDeliver email marketing programs from strategic concept to creative development, QA, program launch, and post-program analysis & ROI measurement.\nAssist in transforming traditional marketing campaigns into fully automated marketing programs based on insights, segments, actions & data.\nPartner with channel marketing and sales enablement teams to unlock the full set of Salesforce Marketing/Sales Cloud abilities to drive significant outcome improvements across the company.\nStrategic thought leadership with strong ability to influence and collaborate across functions.\nReport business results, analyses, campaign wrap up reports and makes recommendations for improvements and actions.\nSeek out and adopt learnings & best practices and innovates with a proven test and learn and mindset.\nDrive insights to improve targeting, segmentation, and end-to-end user experience to retain and convert customers.\nAble to deliver multiple projects with excellence under time-sensitive deadlines.\nEnsure a positive end-to-end customer experience that delivers on the program objectives.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business or strong relevant experience. MBA preferred.\n5+ years of hands-on experience managing CRM programs.\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar automation platforms (SAP, Marketo, etc.).\nDesired Skills & Experience\nLead alongside other team members providing strong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent time-management skills and attention to detail.\nProfessional, positive, upbeat attitude.\nHTML and CSS coding knowledge.\nSQL /AMP Scripting experience a plus.\nExperience on integrating with various backend systems majorly SAP ERP.\nExperience with systems integrations with CRM.\nExperience with CRM activities, campaign list pulls or customer journey technology management.\nPassion for data-driven marketing and building programs that drive incremental results.\nDeep experience journey mapping and developing lifecycle marketing / CRM / engagement marketing programs through email and CRM.\nExposure working with different CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, SFMC, etc.).\nFamiliarity with the technical and product side of marketing (IP reputation/deliverability Suppression lists, audience segmentation, etc.).\nUnderstanding and knowledge of different regulations that impact CRM efforts (CANSPAM, CASL, GDPR, etc.).\nTrack record in developing and executing A/B tests, analyzing and translating data into business and consumer insights.\nAbility to translate complex concepts into simple, clear and intuitive language.\nGrowth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.\nWork Environment:\nAbility to sustain posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time.\nSpecific vision abilities include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move 20+ lbs.\nNote: We do not accept resumes from headhunters, placement agencies, or other suppliers that have not signed a formal agreement with us.\nInterstate Batteries provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
