Put in your application today, and allow Interstates to prove to you why we are an Industry Leader in more ways than one. \nResponsibilities:\nAssist the Project Manager and jobsite leadership in managerial and leadership functions on the project\nRun project control systems for the benefit of the project team\nCPM schedule creation and updating/communicating\nLast Planner/White Board crew scheduling\nRFI's, submittals, meeting minutes, and other site communication\nAct as a project analyst; assess project controls information and assist jobsite leadership in problem solving and alternate methods to achieve project success\nProvide estimating take-offs and other support for analysis and change orders\nAttend client meetings onsite and collaborate with trade contractors\nPrepare information for, and participate in, monthly project reviews\nAssist in procurement and expediting of materials and subcontracts\nPromote the Interstates safety culture daily\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities\nAble to track and organize projects and prioritize work\nOpen to continuously adjusting project systems to plan and deliver projects successfully\nStrong team building, interpersonal/verbal/written communication skills\nComfortable speaking in front of clients, peers, and managers\nEducation: Bachelor's or associate's degree in Construction Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering technology or Construction Management\nCompensation: The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by the experience and education required, and level of responsibility. The range posted for this role represents a range that Interstates, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay at the time of this posting. The pay is determined by job related skills, training, education, and experience. \nTravel: This role is based out of our Aberdeen, SD office with travel to customer and project sites up to 25% of the time.
