This opportunity is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, uncovering patterns, and solving problems. You’ll gain hands-on experience in person in analytics, reporting, and data visualization while collaborating with business and technical teams in a supportive and learning-focused environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCollect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources for analysis and reporting.\n\nAssist in building dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.\n\nIdentify trends, correlations, and insights to support business decisions.\n\nSupport ongoing data projects, including data modeling, process improvements, and system integrations.\n\nCollaborate with analysts, engineers, and business users to understand needs and provide actionable information.\n\nDocument data processes and maintain accuracy and consistency across reports.\n\nPreferred Skills or Industry Knowledge:\nUnderstanding of business analytics concepts and data visualization techniques.\n\nFamiliarity with SQL or other database query languages.\n\nBasic knowledge of predictive analytics, statistics, or data modeling.\n\nExperience with analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python.\n\nInterest in learning how data supports decision-making within industrial or technology-driven environments.\n\nKnowledge and Expertise for This Role:\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAttention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.\n\nEffective written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team.\n\nLocation: This position is an in person role located in Sioux Center, IA or Sioux Falls, SD.
