You'll spend your time where the work is happening, solving real-world technical challenges, building trusted relationships, and helping deliver complex industrial projects from the ground up. If you enjoy seeing your work make an immediate impact and want to be a key technical leader onsite, this is the role for you.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Field Engineer III, you'll serve as a trusted technical resource by:\nProviding technical support on active jobsites and responding to field or client technical issues.\nReviewing electrical designs and validating installations during construction.\nServing as the primary liaison between engineering, construction teams, clients, vendors, and partner engineering firms.\nBuilding strong client relationships through regular communication during and between projects.\nLeading small projects while coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines.\nSupporting project pursuits by collaborating with project managers and estimators on proposals.\nLeading and mentoring team members through effective delegation and technical guidance.\nActing as an owner's representative to ensure project expectations are met.\nAssisting with estimating specification reviews and preparing Requests for Information (RFIs).\nSupporting 3D/BIM model coordination and documenting as-built information as needed.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're looking for someone who enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of technical challenges, and thrives in a collaborative environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Construction Engineering or a related engineering discipline.\nFive or more years of experience in construction, field engineering, or a related engineering role. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license or the desire and qualifications to obtain licensure.\nStrong understanding of construction processes, field coordination, and project execution.\nExperience interpreting electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.\nExcellent communication and relationship-building skills.\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other engineering or project management software.\nWhy This Role?\nThis position offers the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one. Unlike roles that require constant relocation, Field Engineers are typically assigned to one project for the duration of its lifecycle.
