If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you’ll feel at home here. \nInterstates is currently seeking a Production Lead to join our Manufacturing Team in Omaha, NE The Production Lead will oversee and support a team of Electrical Assemblers responsible for the assembly, wiring, fabrication, and testing of industrial control panels and electrical systems. This role serves as a hands-on leader on the manufacturing floor, providing direction, coaching, and technical support while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to Interstates’ quality standards.\nInterstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping others develop their skills.
