If you want to grow and do meaningful work, you’ll feel at home here. \nThe Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, inventory control, material movement, kitting, staging, packaging, and shipping activities. This role leads warehouse personnel and establishes and maintains safe, organized, and efficient warehouse standards, procedures, and workflows.\nThe Warehouse Supervisor ensures accurate ERP transactions, inventory records, material availability, and on-time shipments while resolving discrepancies and supporting production and customer commitments. This position collaborates with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, customers, subcontractors, and other Interstates locations to coordinate material flow and drive continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise daily receiving, warehousing, kitting, and shipping activities.\nAssign work, set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of warehouse activities.\nReceive, inspect, identify, label, and route materials to the appropriate storage or production location.\nInvestigate and resolve receiving, inventory, kitting, and shipping discrepancies, including shortages, overages, damages, and delays.\nLead warehouse safety by promoting safe behaviors, conducting regular observations, identifying and addressing hazards, investigating incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions, and improving safety processes.\nLead the warehouse team through servant leadership by coaching employees, removing barriers, developing talent, and fostering accountability and engagement.\nMaintain accurate inventory and location records through proper ERP transactions, cycle counts, reconciliations, and location control.\nCoordinate material movement within the facility and ensure materials are properly stored, organized, and available for production.\nManage production kitting activities, ensuring kits are complete, accurate, properly labeled, and staged according to production requirements.\nCoordinate with Production, Planning, and Supply Chain to address material shortages, substitutions, schedule changes, returns, and disposition activities.\nManage shipments to customers, subcontractors, and other Interstates locations, including packaging, documentation, carrier coordination, and ERP transactions.\nVerify shipment accuracy, product condition, quantities, identification, and required documentation before release.\nTrain and develop warehouse personnel on safety, material handling, ERP transactions, inspections, and standard work.\nMaintain a safe, clean, organized, and compliant work environment.\nIdentify and implement improvements related to material flow, space utilization, accuracy, efficiency, and loss prevention.\nCommunicate material status, constraints, and operational needs to internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport warehouse equipment, storage, facility, and capital-planning needs.\n Essential Skills & Experience\nEducation/Experience/Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field preferred.\nExperience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, manufacturing, or materials management.\nSupervisory or team-lead experience preferred.\nExperience using an ERP or warehouse-management system.\nKnowledge of receiving, inventory control, kitting, shipping, packaging, and material-handling practices.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to interpret work instructions, shipping documents, inventory records, and inspection requirements.\nAbility to safely lift and move materials and operate applicable material-handling equipment, as required.\nWhat We Can Offer:\n WEEKLY Pay\nCompany-Sponsored Holiday & Team Building Celebrations\nWork/Life Balance (45-50hr/week)\nFamily-Like Culture - A team that cares about you as a whole person, not just what you do for work\nAdvancement Opportunities\nTraining and Career Development\nBenefits:\nHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance\nCompany-Paid Short- and Long-Term Disability\nPaid Time Off and Holidays\nMatching 401(k) Program\nPay-for-Performance Bonuses\nHSA Contributions\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\n Craft/Construction Site Environment\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear.
