Agile teams consist of developers and product specialists collectively responsible for all stages of product development from design to validation.\n Responsibilities\nThe duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to:\nContribute as a subject matter expert in a cross-functional agile development team building and maintaining healthcare software.\nIdentify issues in application design or implemented functionality.\nDesign and execute detailed testing scenarios to validate application functionality and clinical safety.\nRecord test scenarios into automated regression scripts using InterSystems test automation toolkit.\nCoordinate and plan regression script coverage for release validation.\nCreation and maintenance of documentation relating to functional specifications, workflows, agile processes, and update reports.\nOther duties may be directed by the company from time to time.\nExperience and Qualifications\nHealthcare background and hospital experience is required.\nDemonstrated domain expertise with clear understanding of healthcare and departmental interdependencies and workflows.\nTertiary education in either a medical domain, science or health informatics.\nExperience working with healthcare applications as an end user or vendor is desirable.\nDemonstrated interest in IT and the application of technology to add value and/or solve problems.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis and implementation activities.\nStrong computer skills and proficiency in either Microsoft or Mac Operating Systems.\nExperience working with interdisciplinary teams.\nA flexible and adaptable approach to learning new methodology, technologies and software products.\nMay be currently working in a hospital with a personal interest in taking an active role in how technology can improve patient outcomes.\nEducation and Training\nDegree or qualifications in a medical domain, science or health informatics.\nAbout InterSystems\nInterSystems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
