This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign delivery and close collaboration with local sales and regional marketing teams.\nKey responsibilities\nMarketing strategy and market positioning\nDevelop and execute ANZ marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy, local growth objectives and regional priorities.\n\nIdentify target audiences, define customer value propositions and support go-to-market planning for product launches and strategic initiatives.\n\nUse market research and competitive insights to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.\n\nIntegrated campaigns and content\nPlan and deliver campaigns across digital, content, email, social media, paid media and account-based marketing.\n\nDevelop demand generation programs that build awareness, engage prospects and contribute to sales pipeline.\n\nWork with subject matter experts to create case studies, white papers, blogs, videos, webinars and presentations.\n\nAdapt global campaigns for local audiences while maintaining consistent branding and messaging.\n\nEvents and industry engagement\nLead the ANZ events program, including conferences, trade shows, executive forums, customer roundtables and partner events.\n\nManage end-to-end delivery, including budgets, logistics, vendors, sponsorships, collateral and on-site activities.\n\nCoordinate speaking opportunities and pre- and post-event campaigns to maximise engagement and support sales follow-up.\n\nCollaboration, performance and budget management\nPartner with sales to align marketing activity with target accounts, pipeline priorities and revenue goals.\n\nCollaborate with regional marketing, product management and corporate communications teams.\n\nTrack campaign and event performance using HubSpot and analytics tools, reporting on lead quality, conversion, pipeline contribution and return on investment.\n\nManage marketing budgets, agencies and vendors, using insights to continually improve results.\n\nExperience and qualifications\nA degree in Marketing or Business and at least five years’ experience in a similar role.\n\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation and marketing automation.\n\nAbility to communicate technical concepts clearly and develop customer-focused messaging.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.\n\nStrong project management and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.\n\nAn analytical approach to measuring performance, solving problems and identifying improvements.\n\nA proactive, adaptable attitude and the ability to remain effective when priorities change.\n\nExperience in B2B technology marketing, preferably within a global or matrixed organisation, and a willingness to travel would be highly regarded.\nAbout InterSystems\nInterSystems, a creative data technology provider, delivers a unified foundation for next-generation applications for healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain customers in more than 80 countries.
