Participate in project teams with developers and other key staff to develop new functionality for the product. Works closely with end users and internal staff to understand workflow processes that impact change request requirements to ensure implementation of developed changes satisfy stated needs\nRelease Deliverables: Prepares and delivers product material, product presentations and demonstrations as needed to support knowledge sharing, learning, and customer requirements.\nExperience/Qualification Required\nAt least 2/3 years practical healthcare domain experience. Essential\nDemonstrated understanding of departmental interdependencies and workflows in UKI healthcare. Essential\nBackground working with a healthcare IT vendor or consultancy in a similar role is ideal. Preferred.\nExperience in writing use cases, requirements, or functional documentation for healthcare applications. Preferred.\nPrevious experience working with healthcare applications at an in-depth level. Preferred.\nUniversity Degree in either a Medical domain or Health Informatics preferred. Preferred.\nAI Competencies\nCompletion of all mandatory InterSystems AI training, with knowledge kept current as further training is required. Essential.\nDemonstrated use of AI in daily work, for example to support requirements analysis, drafting documentation, summarising information or preparing training materials, with outputs reviewed for accuracy and suitability. Preferred.\nAbility to identify and share practical uses of approved AI tools that improve the quality or efficiency of the team’s work. Preferred.\nExperience refining prompts and assessing AI outputs, with an understanding of limitations and the need to protect confidential and sensitive information.
