Your work will be foundational to scaling our development infrastructure and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.\nThis position is ideal for engineers who are passionate about developer experience, enjoy solving technical challenges collaboratively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFull-Stack Development: Design, implement, and maintain internal web applications and services that support engineering teams and workflows.\nModernization Projects: Contribute to the re-architecture and modernization of legacy tools using scalable, maintainable technologies focused on performance, usability, and reliability.\nTechnology Integration: Leverage a diverse technology stack-including ObjectScript, OAuth2, Python, Node.js, SQL, and containerized environments-to deliver robust and scalable solutions.\nCI/CD Enablement: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI, enabling efficient and automated build, test, and deployment workflows.\nObservability & Reliability: Implement and maintain observability solutions using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability and performance.\nCross-Team Collaboration: Partner with engineers, product managers, and other platform teams to identify pain points and deliver impactful solutions.\nCode Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices.\nQualifications:\nExperience: 5+ years of professional experience in Software Development, Platform Engineering, or DevOps roles.\n Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in at least one major language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, ObjectScript, Go) with proficiency in both frontend and backend development.\nDatabase Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with relational databases.\n DevOps & Tooling: Experience with CI/CD pipeline development (e.g., GitlLab CI), and familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Perforce, Ansible, and Kubernetes.\nSecurity Awareness: Practical experience implementing secure authentication/authorization protocols like OAuth2 in web applications.\nAdaptability & Initiative: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies, take initiative, and contribute meaningfully in a dynamic, evolving environment.\nCollaboration & Mentorship: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
