Agile teams consist of developers and product specialists collectively responsible for all stages of product development from design to validation of specific areas of the EMR. \nAbout the Product: \nHealthcare organizations in 29 countries use TrakCare and IntelliCare to support coordinated care across hospitals and care settings. \nBuilt on the InterSystems HealthShare health informatics platform, these solutions provide a comprehensive patient record, secure access to information across care settings, interoperability with other systems, and real-time analytics to help clinicians improve patient outcomes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs. \nDuties & Responsibilities: \nThe duties initially assigned include, but are not limited to: \nContribute as a Quality Specialist in a cross-functional Agile development team, ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing. \nDevelop automated scripts based on the end-user workflows to validate application functionality, usability, and quality of our healthcare software. \nCollaborate with other Agile teams on joint projects to advise and deliver work of high quality and caliber. \nIdentify, document, investigate and articulate software defects within the application, and validate fixes. \nCreate, maintain, and enhance a suite of automated regression test scripts. \nPerform other duties as reasonably required. \nRequirements: \n3+ years of professional experience in clinical, hospital operations, healthcare IT, Patient Administration System (PAS), or software testing role. \nExperience using, supporting, implementing, or testing EMR systems. \nExperience working collaboratively in cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams. \nStrong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. \nA flexible and adaptable approach to learning new methodology, technologies and software products. \nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing principles. \nPreferred: \nExperience in testing AI-enabled applications. \nTechnical proficiency in at least 1 programming language. \nQualifications and/or certifications in AI. \nWe are an equal-opportunity employer and do not discriminate because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, marital status, veteran status, age, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity or expression or any other legally protected category.
