We enable them to work with a single source to get their product the market access success they need.\nSalary & Benefits Information\nThe base wage or salary range for this position is $20-$23 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.\nIn addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.\nWhat you will do:\nScreen phone calls and answer inquiries regarding basic department services\nWelcome site visitors to the office and direct them to the appropriate person/department\nPrepare quotations/proposals, invoices, reports, and general correspondence\nManage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements\nPerform clerical work including copying, scanning, and filing\nManage department records and job files, including project schedules, work logs, and databases, and assist in training record maintenance\nExecute project administration (setup, schedules, notifications, POs, invoices, report finalization, job closing)\nAssist with internal and external quality audits\nAssist with periodic management reports\nPerforms other work as required by the business, location, and/or department\nWhat it takes to be successful in this role:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nMinimum of 2+years directly related experience; certain departments may require additional experience\nAdvanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint\nWorking knowledge of, or willingness to learn, other applications/software as necessary to fulfil job duties for assigned department (e.g., Met-Track/Crystal Reports, AutoCAD, Visio, etc.)\nStrong written communication and organizational skills\nProfessional demeanor\nMust be a motivated self-starter and able to work independently (minimal supervision and direction)\nStrong attention to detail\nHigh degree of accuracy and speed\nDevelop and maintain good relationships with clients and co-workers\nAbility to multi-task, problem solve, and thrive in a “busy” environment is a must\nAbility to work as part of a large team\nAbility to travel as business needs dictate\nIntertek: Total Quality.
