The team offers the environmental, engineering and construction industry with a full suite of capabilities both in the lab and on site.\nWhat you’ll do:\nPhase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)\nPhase II/Subsurface Investigations\nRemedial Action Site Activities\nAsbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Surveys\nAsbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Abatement Monitoring\nAsbestos/Lead Based Paint/Mold Clearance Sampling\nWhat it takes to be successful in this role:\nHS Diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree or 2-Year Technical Degree preferred\nExperience in environmental consulting services is preferred but not required\nCity of Philadelphia Asbestos License(s) a plus\nOnsite Subsurface Investigation oversight is a plus\nAsbestos and Industrial Hygiene experience and license is a plus\nKnowledge of regulatory requirements\nMust be able to read and understand scope of work / work plans\nMust be able to work off shifts and overtime\nMust be able to travel overnight 50% of the time (required)\nValid Driver’s License and reliable driving record (required)\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift, move, push and pull 30 to 50 pounds frequently.
