Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.\nWhat are we looking for?\nThe Equipment Technician I is responsible for managing and tracking of electrical and mechanical test equipment.\nShift/Schedule: 1st shift, M-F.\nSalary & Benefits Information\nIndividual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.\nIn addition to competitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.\nWhat you’ll do:\nTransfer Equipment.\nOperate equipment.\nMaintain equipment and facilities.\nMaintain equipment calibration status.\nPerform basic analysis of test data and routine calculations.\nPrepare equipment for travel (i.e. for travel in a vehicle or by air).\nResearch new equipment and vendors.\nWork with existing vendors to obtain quotes and purchase services and products.\nPerform other work as required.\nThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.
