Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.\nWhat are we looking for?\nThe Experienced Technician II - HVAC is responsible for performing standard testing and evaluation on a variety of products and for preparing technical reports.\nSchedules:\n2nd shift: 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM\n3rd shift: 12:00 AM to 8:30 AM\nSalary & Benefits Information\nThe base wage or salary range for this position is $21 to $26 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential for working 2nd or 3rd shift. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma/GED AND 1.5 years of experience \nOR Associate degree/formal training program AND 6 months of experience\nMicrosoft Office software expertise, including Word, Excel, and Outlook\nAbility to utilize basic shop equipment and various hand tools\nAbility to review, understand, and convey technical information in an effective manner\nAbility to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions\nAbility to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment\nStrong communication skills, in both verbal and written formats\nPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:\n3+ years of direct experience\nEPA Section 608 Certification\nHVAC or Electrical experience\nIntertek: Total Quality.
