Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.\nWhat are we looking for?\nThis Implementation Project Manager role requires ahighly motivated individual to manage, coordinate, and execute multiple technical implementation projects for new and existing clients. You will work closely with support, training, sales, and account management to ensure clients have all product resources enabled and are able to fully utilize the product features. You will send routine project communication to appropriate team members with updates and action items, as well as document all project activities utilizing team and company tools.\nShift/Schedule: Generally, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm CST\nSalary & Benefits Information\nThe base wage or salary range for this position is $67,000 - $69,400. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.\nCompetitive compensation packages, when working with Intertek you can expect benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, generous vacation / sick time (PTO), tuition reimbursement and more.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead end-to-end implementation projects for multiple small to large-scale client accounts, ensuring successful delivery from kickoff through go-live.\n\nConduct customer-facing kickoff meetings to align on goals, timelines, responsibilities, and implementation expectations.\n\nManage project plans, deliverables, timelines, and competing deadlines while keeping internal teams and clients on track.\n\nAssess each client’s rollout strategy and recommend implementation best practices to support a smooth and successful deployment.\n\nMaintain high customer satisfaction through prompt, professional communication, including calls, emails, follow-ups, and status updates.\n\nConfigure, customize, and launch client sites based on customer requirements, products, and business needs.\n\nCoordinate implementation activities across Sales, Account Management, Learning, and other internal stakeholders to ensure project success.\n\nTroubleshoot product, hardware, software, and general PC-related issues, providing effective solutions and recommended courses of action.\n\nMonitor project progress in NetSuite, prioritize tasks, manage risks, and escalate roadblocks to leadership and key partners when necessary.\n\nPrepare, review, and maintain accurate technical documentation while delivering customer training and simplifying complex information for end-user understanding.\n\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree preferred but not required. \nWorking knowledge of APIs, HRIS integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and interface design principles. \nAdvanced Excel skills with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities. \nMinimum of 5 years of related professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. \n5+ years of project management experience, including managing multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders. \n5+ years of customer service, client relations, or account management experience. \nStrong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships. \nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and drive projects to successful outcomes. \nValid driver’s license and a reliable driving record required. \nThis is a remote position; candidates must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.\nPreferred Requirements & Qualifications:\nCompletion of a project management PMP, CAPM, or communications related college program\nBilingual preferred (Spanish/French/Gerrman/Portugese)\n\nIntertek: Total Quality.
