Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.\nWhat are we looking for?\nThe Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key role within the HR & Recruiting team, responsible for developing hiring strategies, sourcing and qualifying top talent for open positions in our professional services organization, including Finance, HR, IT and Leadership roles along with other confidential and strategic roles as assigned. The position assumes that the incumbent has both the mental and physical requirements to carry out the above defined duties.\nMinimum Requirements & Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another related field (required)\n7+ years of experience recruiting in a diverse and fast-paced environment (required)\n5+ years of experience recruiting, and hiring, professional and highly technical roles such as Finance, HR, IT, Senior Operations Leadership, and Executive-Level positions (required)\nExperience in all aspects of talent search including internet search optimization, innovative candidate sourcing programs, passive candidate mining and networking, pre-screening, interviewing, presenting and negotiating professional-level compensation package (required)\nExperience supporting EEO requirements, coaching hiring teams on processes, and documentation of fair hiring practices (required)\nDemonstrated technical skills/abilities related to the job such as using social media for recruiting, job boards, Microsoft suite, and presentation software (required)\nJudgment: Demonstrated ability to act independently upon information and make decisions that achieve optimal results (required)\nWriting/Marketing: Experience writing job ads; able to succinctly articulate the manager’s explanation of their job needs to create an appropriate job posting (required)\nCustomer Service: Demonstrated appropriate customer service in a variety of work settings, including with hiring managers and other Recruiting team members (required)\nFlexibility: Demonstrated ability to adapt to a variety of recruiting issues with successful outcomes and an openness to new ideas and approaches (required)\nThis is a remote position; however, applicants must reside in and be able to legally work in the United States.
