This role is primarily office-based, located at our site in Kista, Stockholm, with the expectation of being on-site 3-4 days per week, particularly initially as you establish relationships and embed yourself within the business line teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn and drive the P&L performance of assigned business areas\n\nDevelop and execute short- and long-term business strategies\n\nLead budgeting, forecasting, performance reviews, and KPI management\n\nWork closely with sales colleagues to identify opportunities based on market demands and trends and tailor solutions accordingly.\n\nBuild strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders\n\nLead and develop managers and teams through clear direction and coaching\n\nContribute actively as a member of the Electrical & TT Leadership Team\n\nWho We Are Looking For\nYou are a commercially driven leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
