The role is highly shop-floor oriented and requires continuous presence on production lines to ensure products and processes meet approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead and follow up daily QC activities and ensure required inspections are performed correctly and on time.\n\nPerform and supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections according to specifications, drawings, control plans, and inspection standards.\n\nMaintain regular presence on the production shop floor and closely monitor product and process quality.\n\nEnsure proper first-piece / start-up approval before production continues.\n\nMonitor critical product dimensions, appearance, weight, physical properties, and other defined quality parameters.\n\nIdentify nonconforming products and ensure proper segregation, identification, and disposition.\n\nTake immediate action when quality deviations are detected and coordinate with Production to contain affected products.\n\nInvestigate recurring defects and process deviations using Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving tools.\n\nFollow up corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.\n\nAnalyze quality problems, rejection trends, scrap, rework, and recurring defects and recommend improvement actions.\n\nPrepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and ensure inspection records are accurate and complete.\n\nEnsure QC inspectors follow inspection frequencies, sampling plans, work instructions, and approved quality procedures.\n\nGuide, train, and follow up QC inspectors during their daily activities.\n\nCoordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other departments to resolve quality issues.\n\nParticipate in handling customer complaints and investigating quality-related issues when required.\n\nSupport internal audits, customer audits, and quality improvement activities.\n\nEnsure measuring and testing equipment is properly used, maintained, and within valid calibration status.\n\nEscalate critical quality issues immediately and ensure production is not released when requirements are not met.\n\nPromote a strong quality culture and ensure that production pressure does not compromise product quality.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, or a related discipline.\n\n1–3 years of experience in Quality Control within a manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong practical experience in shop-floor quality control and production inspection.\n\nBasic knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and measuring instruments.\n\nBasic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA, and basic quality tools.\n\nExperience supervising or guiding QC inspectors is preferred.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nVery good attention to detail and ability to identify abnormalities and recurring problems.\n\nStrong reporting, documentation, and organizational skills.\n\nGood communication skills and ability to deal effectively with production teams, technicians, and operators.\n\nAble to make quality decisions and handle disagreements professionally.\n\nAble to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.\n\nMust be comfortable spending the majority of working time on the production shop floor, performing inspections and following up quality issues.\n\nGood command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.\n\nResidents of 10th of Ramadan, El Shorouk, Badr, Obour, Belbeis, Elsalam or nearby areas are
