Leverage expertise in financial management, program budgeting, and administrative coordination to help shape and execute complex, multi-year programs in science, technology, and healthcare innovation. Collaborate with program managers, scientists, engineers, and operational staff to ensure budgets are developed, tracked, and executed effectively, while maintaining compliance with federal regulations and organizational policies. Provide strategic financial insights, develop forecasts, monitor program performance, and deliver high-quality reports and presentations to support decision-making at all levels. Operate with minimal guidance, balancing multiple priorities while delivering timely, accurate, and actionable results.\nBasic Qualifications:\nExperience with the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) model, such as ARPA-H, DARPA, ARPA-E, IARPA\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field\n5+ years of experience in federal government financial management, preferably in a research and development environment\nProven ability to build, manage, and track complex program budgets and funding justifications\nExperience with grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other funding mechanisms\nStrong understanding of federal financial regulations, accounting principles, and compliance requirements\nProficiency with financial modeling tools and resource planning systems\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency required\nAdditional Qualifications:\nExperience supporting science, technology, or healthcare-related programs in a federal or commercial environment\nKnowledge of the biomedical research and innovation ecosystem\nFamiliarity with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process\nAbility to work effectively across diverse, multidisciplinary teams and with external partners\nIntertwine Associates LLC - Equal Employment Opportunity Statement\nIntertwine Associates LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
