To achieve this, we are looking for a sharp, creative, and enthusiastic performance marketer with experience in driving quality leads across a variety of channels - Meta ads ,Google Ads,LinkedIn, and Quora, among others.\nResponsible for planning, executing and maintaining performance marketing campaigns across channels\n\nResponsible for end to end Creative strategy to scale and optimize performance marketing\n\nIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights\n\nRun and analyze continuous multiple experiments to find new opportunities for growth and efficiency.\n\nDemonstrate ability to work at both the planning level (generating ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaign execution, creating and optimizing campaigns, analyzing traffic data).\n\nDrive and track KPIs like revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, etc. on daily basis and create performance reports\n\nWhat will excite us?\n4-6 years of hands-on, execution-heavy experience in performance marketing.\n\nStrong expertise in both Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing campaigns at scale. Experience with other channels is an add-on.\n\nBackground in EdTech (preferred) or a lead-gen / consumer tech business, ideally marketing to Indian audiences.\n\nProven experience scaling profitable campaigns through strong creative strategy, audience segmentation, and performance optimization.\n\nDeep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, attribution, and campaign measurement.\n\nStrong experience optimizing campaigns using funnel metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and revenue.\n\nExperience running high-velocity creative experiments and interpreting data to drive decisions.\n\nExposure to LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, or other emerging platforms is a plus.\n\nStrong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).\n\nExcellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nWhat will you be doing?\nOwning hands-on execution and optimization of Google and Meta campaigns across the entire funnel for the India business.\n\nDeveloping and executing a creative testing roadmap, partnering closely with designers and content teams to continuously improve campaign performance.\n\nRunning structured experiments across creatives, audiences, keywords, bidding strategies, placements, and landing pages to unlock growth.\n\nManaging budgets and pacing day to day, and identifying trends and insights to optimize spend and audience strategy.\n\nAnalyzing campaign and funnel performance to improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue.\n\nBuilding performance dashboards and communicating actionable insights, not just reporting metrics.\n\nCollaborating with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to improve lead quality and acquisition efficiency.\n\nContributing to expansion across other paid channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, etc.) where applicable.\n\nWhy Will You Enjoy Working with Us?\nComplete ownership;
