They value instructors who can connect theory to real-world systems, share insider hiring insights, and provide mentorship rooted in hands-on industry experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nA. Teaching & Learner Engagement\nDeliver high-impact live sessions on Agentic AI & Machine Learning\n\nLead small-group coaching sessions for hands-on problem-solving and doubt resolution\n\nRun assignment reviews to reinforce concepts and deepen understanding\n\nConduct mock interviews (ML System Design, Coding) with actionable feedback\n\nProvide 1:1 mentorship on career transitions and interview prep\n\nHost cohort orientations to drive engagement and set expectations\n\nB. Curriculum Development & Review\nOwn end-to-end curriculum for Agentic AI/ML (content, assignments, projects)\n\nContinuously update material with latest tools, trends, and industry practices\n\nDesign evaluation frameworks, rubrics, and assessments\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure quality and learner outcomes\n\nC. Marketing & Thought Leadership\nCreate masterclasses, webinars, and video content to drive learner growth\n\nPublish and review technical content (blogs, social, insights)\n\nRepresent IK at events, meetups, and conferences\n\nD. Team Development & Quality\nMentor and onboard instructors and TAs; set quality benchmarks\n\nCollaborate to continuously raise teaching standards across the platform\n\nLeverage learner feedback, ratings, and data to improve delivery quality\n\nWhat We’re looking for\n5+ years in Software/ML Engineering (Tier-1 / FAANG+ preferred)\n\nStrong in DSA, System Design, and ML Systems\n\nHands-on experience in Agentic AI / ML (production-level)\n\nPassion for teaching, mentoring, and driving learner success\n\nAbility to simplify complex concepts clearly and engagingly\n\nStrong communication skills and learner empathy\n\nYou’d stand out if you have:\nPrior Teaching, mentoring, or content creation experience\n\nHiring/interviewing experience at top tech companies\n\nResearch, open-source, or advanced degree in a relevant field\n\nAt the core: a desire to create real impact by shaping careers at scale.\n\nMost Importantly -
