This role is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting hiring partner leads into offer-generating relationships for our learners. Success in this role will be measured by actual offers delivered through your hiring partner network.\nKey Responsibilities\nIdentify and reach out to hiring managers and technical recruiters in the US, primarily from product companies hiring for domains relevant to IK (AI/ML, Backend, SD, etc.).\n\nUse prospecting tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ocean, and SignalHire to build a quality hiring pipeline.\n\nEstablish and manage long-term relationships with hiring stakeholders.\n\nUnderstand their hiring needs in-depth and ensure a consistent flow of relevant IK candidates.\n\nOwn partner engagement from discovery to final offer\n\nShare contextualized talent shortlists and follow through until the offer stage.\n\nDrive placements actively and meet conversion targets.\n\nMaintain performance dashboards and lead quality records.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in account management, business development, campus/corporate placements, or tech recruiting, preferably with exposure to the US talent ecosystem.\n\nProven track record of building lead pipelines and driving end-to-end partnerships with outcome ownership.\n\nStrong understanding of hiring dynamics in US product companies and comfort navigating job requirements in tech domains.\n\nProficiency in using Apollo (preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
