Duties & Responsibilities The Fleet and Control Room Operator will play a pivotal role by assisting the Operational Team by providing key surveillance and fleet monitoring and tracking. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring systems, managing incidents and alerts, coordinating responses, and ensuring the effective operation of our control room. CCTV MONITORING Monitor CCTV camera systems for the company sites. Identify, assess, and respond to incidents and alarms. Manage and investigate alerts generated by systems. Dispatch relevant personnel when required. Maintain accurate records of incidents, activities, and communications. Extract, review, and provide CCTV footage for incidents and investigations.
