The position involves analyzing data from E-DRSS and Dilip systems to meet client (Aramco) requirements, assisting with the creation of work orders and OTVs in IFS, and maintaining accurate run records. The role also supports the review of field paperwork and liaises with the Finance team to ensure all invoicing steps are completed. Flexibility is key, as additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs.QHSE Responsibilities Individual:\nUnderstand and follow Interwell policies and relevant procedures \nTake an active part in compliance and improvement of the Interwell QHSE systems\nResponsible for acting in an inclusive manner and to support and respect individual identities\nResponsible for their own and others wellbeing, health and safety at work, including the reporting of any accidents, incidents & near misses\nMain Activities & Responsibilities:\nE-DRSS and Dilip System Analysis to complete Aramco requirements and information for job tickets\nAssist the Operations team to create work orders for both onshore & offshore operations.\nCreate OTV in IFS ready for confirmation\nComplete Run Records on receiving information from the field\nAssist in checking Job paperwork from the field when required\nLiaising with Finance to ensure all steps are completed prior to invoicing\nUndertake any other general duties that may be requested.
