The Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations, assigning and managing Tool Specialists, ensuring service quality, operational readiness, compliance, and continuous development of the operations team.The role may also be required to perform field assignments, including offshore and onshore operations, to support business and client requirements. The incumbent is expected to maintain the necessary medical fitness, certifications, and training requirements to remain deployable as field personnel when required.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the dedicated operational focal point for clients, maintaining regular engagement and site visits.\nUnderstand client priorities, operational expectations, and project timelines to proactively address challenges.\nOversee daily operations from planning, resource allocation, mobilisation, execution to post-job completion and reporting.\nCoordinate effectively between field teams, workshop, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.\nAssign Tool Specialists to jobs based on competency, certification, client, and operational requirements.\nEnsure all Tool Specialists meet client, regulatory, and visa requirements prior to mobilisation.\nAssess service delivery requirements for each job and ensure appropriate personnel, equipment, and logistics are in place.\nPropose operational solutions and communicate technical, commercial, or operational issues to stakeholders.\nCoordinate ordering, allocation, and readiness of equipment according to client specifications and job requirements.\nConduct pre-job and post-job meetings with service delivery staff to review scope, risks, and lessons learned.\nEnsure accurate completion of equipment run history, job documentation, and operational records.\nParticipate in System Integration Testing (SIT) and other technical readiness activities as required.\nProvide operational support to other departments to ensure smooth business operations and client satisfaction.\nSupervise, coach, and mentor Tool Specialists and operational staff to drive performance, accountability, and engagement.\nMonitor team performance, attendance, behaviour, and overall wellbeing.\nIdentify training needs and implement learning and development initiatives to strengthen team capability.\nEnsure ongoing competency, certification, and technical capability of all operational staff.\nParticipate in audits, investigations, and client site visits to maintain compliance and quality standards.\nMaintain awareness of customer plans, Interwell product offerings, market developments, and competitor activity.\nRepresent Interwell professionally, building client trust and confidence in operational delivery.\nUndertake field assignments, including offshore and onshore operations, when required to support operational, client, or business needs.\nMaintain valid offshore survival certification, medical fitness certification, and all other mandatory client, regulatory, and Interwell training requirements necessary for mobilisation and field deployment.\nProvide hands-on operational support during critical operations, personnel shortages, project mobilisation, or other business requirements as directed.\nPromote a culture of safety, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across all activities.\nFoster a high-performance, collaborative, and accountable team environment aligned with Interwell values.\nRequirements\nMinimum 8 years of experience in the field operations\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.\nSlick line/ E-Line/ Coil Tubing Experience\nProven experience in down hole tools and intervention equipment\nExperience interacting with clients and participating in client meetings.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand, and high-risk environment.\nCapable of making sound decisions independently in dynamic and evolving situations.\nAble to work remotely with minimal supervision.\nPhysically fit and able to meet offshore medical fitness requirements as determined by approved medical practitioners.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nWilling and able to travel throughout the APAC region as required.\nExperienced use of MS Office
