Acting as a key link between business stakeholders, IT developers, and external vendors, the IT analyst acts as both business and system analysts. They drive the analysis, design, implementation, and delivery of application enhancements and strategic digital transformation initiatives.\nKey responsibilities:\nSupport requestors in refining requirements and identifying optimal solution options.\nParticipate in solution design activities and engage relevant technical experts when required.\nPrepare functional specifications, impact assessments, estimates, and solution documentation.\nMaintain close collaboration with business stakeholders, IT developers, and both local and international (Italy based) IT operation teams.\nCoordinate the delivery of assigned developments across developers, architects, testers, and operations teams.\nPerform integration testing and coordinate and support user acceptance testing.\nPrepare and support release and change management activities in accordance with internal procedures.\nSupport incident management and provide functional expertise for issue resolution.\nParticipate in both local and Intesa Sanpaolo group level international projects.\nWhat we're looking for:\nUniversity degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.\nProven experience in IT analysis, business analysis, application management, development or IT coordination roles.\nStrong experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and development coordination.\nUnderstanding of enterprise applications, REST and SOAP APIs, integrations, and microservice-based architecture.\nExperience in related technology and systems, like SQL, Postman, Swagger, OpenShift, Jira, Confluence.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and coordination
