Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and «all-things-digital» solutions, is looking for an Incident Editorial Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This is a part-time, full-time, remote role. You’ll work with English-language data, applying clear rules.

Requirements

  • B1+ level English proficiency.
  • High attention to detail, especially under time pressure.
  • Confident working with multiple tabs/windows, fast typing.
  • Punctual, focused, and reliable - essential for work.
  • With ability to work fixed shift.

A laptop and two monitors are provided by Intetics for work at the position.

You should have a generator and/or inverter + rechargeable battery, as well as stable internet connection. (important, this must be)

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, collect, verify, and update live incident data in assigned regions.
  • Use multiple real-time sources.
  • Validate and cross-check information to ensure reliability.
  • Update incidents as conditions change (e.g., lanes reopened, cleared).
  • Record key details such as cause, effect, location, and direction.
  • Clear incidents once resolved and confirmed by reliable sources.
  • Communicate with team members and shift supervisors to clarify data or report issues.
  • Training Provided.
