The main goal is to deliver measurable time savings across business functions such as finance operations, document processing, data cleaning, and other shared-service activities.\nInitial use cases may include extracting and normalizing similar data from hundreds of differently structured Excel files and mapping them into a common data model for further processing, querying, or analysis.\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop Python-based AI agents for business-process automation \nWork directly with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, source data, documents, expected outputs, and business rules \nTranslate business needs into practical AI-assisted workflows \nBuild agent logic, prompts, validation steps, and supporting Python services \nProcess and normalize structured and semi-structured business data \nExtract comparable information from Excel files with different structures, layouts, and templates \nMap heterogeneous Excel data into a common target model for downstream processing or analysis \nCombine deterministic Python processing with LLM-based interpretation where appropriate \nIntegrate AI agents with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs \nImplement data-quality checks, output validation, logging, error handling, and human-review steps \nTest agents against representative business scenarios and improve reliability \nWork within the Client’s approved AI framework, security rules, and technology constraints \nSupport deployment, documentation, knowledge transfer, and initial production adoption \nCommunicate progress, risks, and technical limitations clearly to business and technical stakeholders \nRequirements\n4+ years of commercial Python development experience \nPractical experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or AI agents \nExperience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs \nExperience integrating LLMs via APIs or enterprise AI platforms \nStrong experience processing data from Excel files using Python \nExperience with pandas, openpyxl, Polars, or similar tools \nAbility to analyze and normalize data from files with inconsistent schemas, column names, layouts, and data formats \nExperience designing data extraction, transformation, mapping, and validation pipelines \nUnderstanding of when to use deterministic rules, traditional data processing, or LLM-based interpretation \nExperience with REST APIs and enterprise-system integrations \nAbility to implement validation, exception handling, logging, and traceability \nUnderstanding of enterprise security, access control, and sensitive-data handling \nAbility to communicate with business users, clarify requirements, and convert operational processes into technical solutions \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills \nAbility to work independently and collaborate in English with international stakeholders\nAvailability for occasional on-site meetings or workshops if required \nNice to have:\nExperience automating finance, claims, customs, logistics, documentation, or other shared-service processes\nExperience delivering automation with measurable time or cost savings\nExperience with multi-agent or agent-orchestration frameworks\nExperience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI platforms\nExperience with document understanding, classification, or information-extraction solutions\nKnowledge of RPA platforms and hybrid RPA/AI workflows\nExperience with FastAPI, Docker, and cloud-based deployment\nFamiliarity with data-quality
