staying technically credible while enabling other engineers to execute.\nRequirements\n- 7+ years of overall software development experience;\n- 4-5+ years of hands-on, production-level experience with Go, including deep understanding of goroutines, channels, context, memory model, and concurrency patterns;\n- Higher education in Computer Science (software development, etc.);\n- Extensive experience working with AI and the process of implementing/configuring it within a team;\n- Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated/high-compliance domains;\n- Proven experience designing distributed, microservice-based, and/or high-load systems;\n- Strong expertise in API design (REST and/or gRPC), including versioning and backward compatibility;\n- Solid understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) - schema design, query optimization, transactions;\n- Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) and event-driven architecture;\n- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices;\n- Golang (design of scalable, distributed backend systems);\n- Concurrency patterns in Go (goroutines, channels, sync primitives);\n- System design for high performance and maintainability;\n- CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.);\n- Understanding of system design principles: scalability, fault tolerance, security, observability (metrics, logging, tracing);\n- Strong communication skills -
