experience designing and building complex backend systems\nSolid understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture\nHands-on experience with event-driven platforms such as Kafka\nStrong knowledge of API design and system integrations\nExperience working on large-scale migration or integration programmes\nExperience with cloud-native environments and modern engineering practices\nAbility to work with high-volume, high-availability backend services\nExperience troubleshooting complex technical issues across integrated systems\nStrong collaboration skills and confidence working with both client and vendor teams\nRelevant domain experience\nExperience in any of the following areas would be highly valuable:\nCard payments\nIssuer
