solutions.\nProvide structured and objective feedback on candidates’ technical skills, experience, and suitability for the role.\nCollaborate with the recruitment team to align interview criteria with project requirements.\nHelp refine technical interview questions and assessment guidelines when necessary.\nRequirements\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.\nStrong practical knowledge of SharePoint Lists and their use in business applications.\nGood understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, integrations, security, and Power Platform governance.\nExperience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Power Platform solutions.\nAbility to assess technical knowledge, identify skill gaps, and distinguish theoretical understanding from practical experience.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.\nAbility to provide clear, structured, and objective feedback in English.\nWould be a plus\n\nPrevious experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring developers.\nExperience with Power BI.\nExperience working in distributed or international
