disaster recovery planning\n\nDeploy and maintain services in cloud and on-premises environments\n\nOperate and maintain containerized workloads on Kubernetes, including Helm-based deployments and GitOps workflows using Argo CD\n\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible\n\nAutonomously implement complete technical solutions and infrastructure components from scratch\n\nOperate and maintain PostgreSQL databases on Amazon RDS, including backup, tuning, and version upgrades\n\nImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, following established patterns and including automated quality gates and testing\n\nImplement and maintain identity and access management, including SSO integrations via Keycloak (OIDC/SAML)\n\nImplement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry\n\nProvide 3rd level support and participate in incident management, including root cause analysis and resolution\n\nSupport cloud migration projects, including cutover planning and execution\n\nPerform patch and upgrade management of infrastructure and services\n\nDebug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and infrastructure-related issues\n\nDevelop Python and shell scripts to automate operational and infrastructure-related tasks\n\nContribute to documentation, following docs-as-code principles\n\nServices Experience\n3+ years of professional experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar infrastructure-focused role\n\nStrong experience with platform operations, including high availability, backup/restore, and disaster recovery\n\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS core services and Linux on AWS, preferably Amazon Linux\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)\n\nPractical experience with Ansible for infrastructure automation and configuration management\n\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized environments\n\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes, including Helm and GitOps-based deployment workflows (Argo CD)\n\nPractical experience operating PostgreSQL, preferably on Amazon RDS\n\nExperience with GitLab CI/CD and pipeline implementation following established patterns\n\nSolid Git experience, including branching strategies and repository migrations\n\nPractical experience with artifact management (Artifactory, Nexus)\n\nExperience with IAM and SSO concepts, including Keycloak and OIDC/SAML integrations\n\nHands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry for monitoring and observability\n\nExperience with incident management and 3rd level support processes\n\nExperience with cloud migration and cutover activities\n\nExperience with patch and upgrade
