You will help keep the company's systems secure, and you will build tools that let the team detect, triage and close security issues faster.\nWhat you will be doing:\nManage and monitor security platforms, including AV/EDR and SIEM solutions.\nReview email quarantines and investigate phishing, BEC, and other email-borne threats.\nUtilize threat intelligence sources to support and enrich security investigations.\nTrack CVEs and security advisories, assess their impact, and support vulnerability management activities.\nParticipate in periodic security assessments of company infrastructure.\nTriage, investigate, and resolve security incidents and endpoint alerts.\nIdentify root causes of security issues and document findings, processes, and runbooks.\nTune and improve detection rules to enhance security monitoring and reduce false positives.\nAutomate daily security operations using scripting languages, APIs, and workflow automation tools.\nDeploy, maintain, and support security agents and configurations across endpoints and servers.\nIntegrate security and IT systems to improve data visibility, alerting, and operational efficiency.\nDesign and develop internal tools, dashboards, and reports supporting security operations.\nSupport access control and identity management processes across company systems.\nCollaborate with local and international teams within a global IT organization to improve security posture.\nYou are a good match if you have:\n2-3 years of experience in system administration and/or security operations.\nHands-on experience with AV/EDR and/or SIEM platforms.\nSolid knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.\nScripting skills in at least one of the following: PowerShell, Python, or Bash.\nUnderstanding of vulnerability management and risk-based prioritization.\nExperience working with ticketing systems such as Jira.\nSecurity-first mindset and strong awareness of cybersecurity best practices.\nGood written and spoken Polish & English for daily collaboration in an international environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOwnership, initiative, and the ability to independently drive improvements.\nCuriosity and a proactive approach to identifying root causes and solutions.\nClear written communication skills and sound risk assessment judgment.\nYou get extra points for:\nExperience with SOAR platforms, Logic Apps, or similar workflow automation tools. \nExperience integrating systems through APIs\nKnowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker.\nExperience in offensive security and penetration testing activities.\nKnowledge of macOS security.\nFamiliarity with cloud identity platforms and directory services.\nKnowledge of threat intelligence and OSINT methodologies.\nRelevant cybersecurity certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, CRTM, OSEP, or eCPPT.\nWhy Intive:\nWe cultivate an environment where innovative ideas and excellence have room to thrive - even with a remote workforce.
