Be part of a team that’s shaping the future of digital innovation.\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nLead the design and implementation of the organization's Data Governance framework.\nDefine and oversee metadata management, data catalog, business glossary, data lineage, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.\nEstablish data quality and data security methodologies, including automated quality controls, data classification, access governance, auditing, and PII protection.\nLead infrastructure assessments and fit-gap analyses to support platform sizing and architecture decisions.\nDefine and execute data warehouse modernization and migration strategies, including coexistence approaches, CDC, reconciliation, and controlled decommissioning of legacy platforms.\nLead Proof of Concepts (PoCs), define acceptance criteria, and present recommendations that support architectural decisions.\nDefine engineering standards for Data Engineering, DataOps, CI/CD, MLOps, and AI-powered development practices.\nEstablish AI governance and AI engineering frameworks, including model lifecycle management, responsible AI practices, and agentic AI integrations.\nYou Are a Good Match If You Have\nStrong knowledge of data governance standards and frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and maturity assessment models such as TM Forum.\n3+ years of experience as a Data Architect leading data platform implementations or enterprise data warehouse modernization initiatives.\n10+ years of overall experience in technology, data, analytics, or enterprise architecture environments.\nExperience with data security frameworks, including RBAC, IAM, dynamic data masking, auditing, and enterprise identity management solutions.\nNative Spanish speaker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have\nHands-on experience with modern Lakehouse architectures using Apache Iceberg, Delta Lake, Apache Spark, Trino, dbt, Airflow, Kafka, and Debezium.\nExperience working with object storage platforms such as MinIO, Amazon S3, or equivalent technologies.\nExperience operating Kubernetes-based environments, including OpenShift, Rancher, or managed cloud platforms.\nExperience migrating from Oracle Data Warehouse or other legacy enterprise data platforms.\nKnowledge of TM Forum frameworks, including SID, eTOM, and Data Maturity Models.\nExperience with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, KServe, and Evidently.\nExperience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or AI-enabled data platforms.\nCloud certifications related to AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes (CKA), or OpenShift.\nExperience with AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code or similar platforms, including governance, quality gates, and automated migration of legacy data pipelines.\nWhy Join intive?\nWe cultivate an environment where innovative ideas and excellence have room to thrive - even with a remote workforce.
