The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to implement requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support application deployment.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance web applications and services using Microsoft .NET technologies.\n\nDesign, develop, test, and implement application features based on business and technical requirements.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, maintainable, and reusable code.\n\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and follow established development standards.\n\nCollaborate with project teams and technical stakeholders.\n\nSupport application deployment, maintenance, and enhancements.\n\nEnsure applications meet functional, performance, and security requirements.\n\nAssist with technical documentation and development-related activities.\n\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.\n\nExperience with ASP.NET and .NET Core.\n\nStrong understanding of software development principles and application troubleshooting.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications related to .NET development or Microsoft technologies.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise or government applications.\n\nWork Schedule and Onsite Requirements\nHybrid Schedule: Following the initial two-month period, candidates will work 2 days onsite and 3 days telework per week\n\nWorking Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.\n\nAdditional Support: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.\n\nBackground Screening and Access Requirements\nCandidates must successfully undergo criminal history checks and fingerprinting.\n\nCandidates must obtain a government identification and access pass.\n\nEmployment and access are subject to applicable background screening and security requirements.\n\nAbout International Logic Systems (ILS)\nInternational Logic Systems (ILS) is a technology and government contracting company delivering innovative IT solutions and professional services to federal government clients.
