The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient business solutions while following established governance and security standards.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and solutions.\n\nAdminister SharePoint Online environments, including site collections, permissions, access controls, and configurations.\n\nDevelop and maintain workflows and business process automation using Power Automate.\n\nBuild and customize forms and applications using Power Apps.\n\nIntegrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 services and other enterprise applications.\n\nTroubleshoot SharePoint, Power Platform, workflow, and integration issues.\n\nSupport system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement technical solutions.\n\nEnsure SharePoint solutions follow established governance, security, and compliance standards.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and support user adoption and training as needed.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n5+ years of experience developing and supporting SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 administration.\n\nExperience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.\n\nExperience with SharePoint site configuration, permissions, workflows, and form development.\n\nKnowledge of integrating SharePoint Online with Microsoft services and enterprise applications.\n\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), security models, and administration concepts.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMicrosoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform are preferred but not required.\n\nExperience supporting enterprise or government IT environments.\n\nFamiliarity with SharePoint governance, security, and compliance practices.\n\nWork Schedule and Onsite Requirements\nHybrid Schedule: Following the initial two-month period, candidates will work 2 days onsite and 3 days telework per week\n\nWorking Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.\n\nAdditional Support: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.\n\nBackground Screening and Access Requirements\nCandidates must successfully undergo criminal history checks and fingerprinting.\n\nCandidates must obtain a government identification and access pass.\n\nEmployment and access are subject to applicable background screening and security requirements.\n\nAbout International Logic Systems (ILS)\nInternational Logic Systems (ILS) is a technology and government contracting company delivering innovative IT solutions and professional services to federal government clients.
