vendor statement reconciliations\nRecord deposits and cash payments based on the bank statements in NetSuite\nUpdate the cash flow model for daily cash transactions and identify any unusual upcoming transactions\nManage the corporate credit card and employee expense reports processes by ensuring adherence to the company’s T&E policy and providing support and direction in resolving any issues\nManage ad-hoc finance projects independently and provide timely deliverables\nReview the accounts payable inbox to ensure that appropriate responses are sent to internal team members and vendors\nReview transactions on our platform by comparing them to standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with policy?\nRespond timely to internal stakeholders and customers through Zendesk and Slack\nProcess daily and monthly payment batches through our internal global platform system\nIdentify areas to improve processes and decrease the time required to respond to service requests.
