the Job\n\nWe are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Generalist to support the successful execution of training programs by ensuring that Trainers and Learners have the resources, spaces, materials, and operational support needed for an effective learning experience. \n\nIn this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Trainers and campus support teams, with a strong focus on training room readiness, new hire class logistics, supplies, and day-to-day L&D operations.\n\nAs Learning & Development Generalist, You Will…\nCoordinate and maintain the operational readiness of all designated L&D training rooms and auxiliary training spaces.\nCommunicate with Trainers before new hire classes to confirm room setup, class size, equipment, materials, supplies, and any additional training requirements.\nEnsure training rooms are fully prepared, organized, and ready before the start of each training class.\nConduct regular training room checks to ensure equipment, furniture, technology, whiteboards, and other classroom resources are available and functional.\nManage and monitor Training Room Supply Boxes to ensure they are properly stocked, organized, and ready for use.\nMonitor L&D inventory and coordinate replenishment of training supplies and materials as needed.\nCoordinate with IT, Facilities, Maintenance, and other campus support teams to address and resolve training room issues.\nSupport Trainers with classroom setup, room changes, logistical requests, and on-site troubleshooting.\nAssist with the logistical planning and preparation of new hire classes, workshops, meetings, and other L&D activities.\nCoordinate training room assignments and ensure room requirements align with class size and training needs.\nMaintain and reinforce L&D standards, procedures, and checklists related to training room operations and readiness.\nIdentify opportunities to improve training logistics, classroom operations, and the overall Trainer and Learner experience.\nProvide administrative and operational support to the L&D Manager as needed.\nUpdate and maintain training rosters, ensuring participant information, class assignments, attendance, status, and other relevant training details are accurate and up to date.\n\nAs Learning & Development Generalist, You Need…\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience in Learning & Development, Training, Operations, Administration, or a related field is preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through.\nAbility to proactively identify operational needs and resolve issues.\nStrong problem-solving and multitasking skills.\nAbility to work effectively with Trainers, L&D manager, Operations, IT, Facilities, and other stakeholders.\nProficient in MS Office and/or Google Workspace.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nStrong customer service mindset and ability to build positive relationships with internal clients.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with
