negotiate favorable prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms.\nReview renewal of contracts and make appropriate recommendations for modifications and provisional changes.\nMaintain a strong relationship with vendors while monitoring their performance and product quality.\nManage the accreditation of suppliers based on company requirements.\nLiaise with functional teams to ensure clear alignment on supply needs, vendor selection, and risk mitigation.\nCoordinate review of MOA or contract with suppliers and requesting stakeholder/s.\nIdentify improvement opportunities in current processes and run them through the approving manager for implementation.\nEnsure that all tickets sent to the ticketing system are fulfilled, closed, and served.\nAudit invoices against POs to resolve billing discrepancies, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain compliance with internal purchasing policies and regulatory requirements.\nThoroughly audit digital records of vendor contracts, pricing agreements, purchase history, and performance metrics.\nIn coordination with the manager, analyze historical purchasing data to draw insights.\nPoint of escalation for Purchasing troubleshooting cases.\nMaintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases, and provide information about these rules to organization staff members and vendors.\nAny purchasing/procurement tasks that may be assigned from time to time.\n\nAs Assistant Manager, Purchasing, You Need…\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or any related field.\n5-7 years of strong procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience.\nDemonstrated experience in vendor evaluation, performance management, and price negotiation\nExperience working with procurement contracts and related legal documents is an advantage.\nKnowledge of Procurement Methods and procedures, record-keeping methods, and bookkeeping
