Purchasing Specialist, You Will…\nGenerate, review, and process purchase orders and requisitions related to the end-to-end procurement process efficiently.\nEnsure that requisitions have the correct and complete approval of relevant business leaders. \nResearch, screen, and evaluate new vendors. \nRequest quotes (RFQs), compare vendor bids, and negotiate favorable prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. \nHandle all contract renewal and termination requests for corporate telecom plans. \nMaintain a strong relationship with vendors while monitoring their delivery performance and product quality. \nManage the accreditation of suppliers based on company requirements. \nLiaise with functional teams to ensure clear alignment on supply needs and risk mitigation. \nCoordinate review of MOA or contract with suppliers. \nMap current processes and identify improvement opportunities. \nCancel POs as may be required or close them when it needs to be archived after the PO is fully received and invoiced. \nEnsure that all tickets sent to the ticketing system are fulfilled, closed, and served. \nMaintain thorough digital records of vendor contracts, pricing agreements, purchase history, and performance metrics. \nRespond to internal stakeholder and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. \nAny purchasing/procurement tasks that may be assigned from time to time. \n\nAs a Purchasing Specialist, You Need…\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field. \n3-4 years of strong procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience. \nDemonstrated experience in vendor evaluation, performance management, and price negotiation. \nExperience working with procurement contracts and related legal documents is an advantage. \nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nAdvanced knowledge of Google Suite or any Procurement software application (Oracle, Expensify, and similar procurement tools). \nAbility to learn new technologies and tools quickly and work effectively in a changing environment. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.\nAmenability and readiness to work onsite. \nProven sourcing, negotiation, and procurement skills, delivering competitive advantage in different spend categories. \nSupplier relationship management skills. \nSelf-motivated with a
