practices.\n\nAs a Sourcing Specialist, You Need…\nPrevious experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced or high-volume environment.\nExperience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, applicant tracking systems, and other talent acquisition platforms.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.\nGerman language skills are considered a strong asset and will be highly valued due to the international scope of the role and the markets supported.\nA passion for identifying talent and building professional relationships.\nStrong research, networking, and candidate engagement
