This role performs routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces while ensuring company cleanliness standards and guest service expectations are met. TheHousekeeperplaysan important rolein guest satisfaction by ensuring accommodations are properlymaintainedand ready for occupancy.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nClean guest rooms according to company standard operating procedures\n\nRemove trash and miscellaneous debris from guest rooms and surrounding areas\n\nEnsure all areas of hotel are up to company standards even if not assigned cleaning area\n\nClean bath area including tub, toilet, sinks, walls, lights, removing and replacing bath linens\n\nClean kitchen and dining area including refrigerator, microwave, sink, counters, cabinets, and tables\n\nClean floors by vacuuming and washing floors according to standard operating procedures\n\nMaintain all furnishings by dusting and polishing furniture and appliances\n\nMaintain outside of room appearance by cleaning siding, A/C grill, doors, and windows\n\nNotify Head Guest Room Attendant of room readiness\n\nKeep supplies ready by restocking housekeeping cart at the end of shift\n\nOperate housekeeping equipment by following standard operating procedures\n\nNotify supervisorimmediatelyof any safety and/or security violations of policy\n\nNotify supervisorimmediatelyof any guest concerns\n\nMaintain superior customer service when interacting with guests\n\nEssential Qualifications:\nPossess good knowledge of housekeeping/laundry standard operating procedures and techniques\n\nAbility to follow instructions, directions and meet deadlines\n\nAbility to cleantheminimum required rooms per shift\n\nAbility to scrub and scour surfaces, extend arms overhead when performing cleaning tasks and the ability to stoop, bend and squat\n\nAbility to step in and perform a variety of housekeeping/laundry positions in response to business needs\n\nAbility to visually inspect guest rooms, public areas, service areas, etc. for quality in cleanliness and presentation\n\nAbility to manage multiple activities often in stressful situations and with time constraints\n\nWork Environment and Physical Requirements:\nRegularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds\n\nOccasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl\n\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,depthperception,and ability to adjust focus.\n\nIndoor work with hard and carpeted surfaces\n\nStanding for eight (8) hour shifts\n\nExposure to extreme weather conditions,coldand heat\n\nPerks & Benefits\nEasy to follow training programs & supportive team throughout the onboarding process\n\nHealth, dental, vision,lifeand disability insurance forfull-timeemployees\n\n401k with company match\n\nPTO forfull-time employees\n\nSundays off andnolate shifts!\n\nFlexible schedules\n\nWeekly payroll\n\nElectronic Acknowledgement:\nWhen selecting the “Accept” or “Acknowledge” box, Iam agreeingthat I have read, understand and agree to this policy.
