If you're ready to take the lead and drive innovation, IDE is where you belong.\nWhat You ‘ll Be Doing:\nDesign, develop, implement, and maintain automated hardware test systems using LabVIEW.\nDevelop LabVIEW applications, test sequences, measurement routines, instrument drivers, and test automation frameworks using reusable and maintainable LabVIEW software architectures and components.\nIntegrate LabVIEW applications with NI TestStand and other test automation frameworks where applicable.\n Interface test software with electronic measurement and test instrumentation such as: Digital multimeters (DMMs), Oscilloscopes, Power supplies, Electronic loads, Signal/function generators, Data acquisition (DAQ) systems and other electrical/electronic laboratory equipment.\nDevelop or maintain instrument communication interfaces using technologies such as VISA, GPIB, Ethernet, USB, RS-232/485, CAN, or similar interfaces.\nDefine and implement test methods, measurement procedures, test limits, and pass/fail criteria.\nAnalyze test results and measurement data and support failure investigation and root-cause analysis.\nCollaborate with Electronics, Firmware, Software, Manufacturing, and Quality Engineering teams to develop effective test solutions.\nSupport the deployment, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production and facilities.\nWork-Life Balance initiatives. \nQualifications & Experience\nRequired:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nAt least 2 years of relevant working experience.\nStrong hands-on experience developing LabVIEW applications for automated testing and measurement.\nSolid understanding of software development principles, including modularity, debugging, version control, error handling, and maintainability.\nGood understanding of electronic and electrical measurements, including voltage, current, resistance, power, frequency, timing, and signal measurements.\nMS Office Suite.\nGood command of English language (oral and written)\nDesired:\nCertified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) certification.\nProgramming experience in C/C++ and/or Python.\nProfessional experience with NI TestStand, including test-sequence development and integration with LabVIEW.\nExperience with source control systems such as Git.\nExperience in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), functional testing, validation, verification, production testing, or automated test equipment (ATE).\nFamiliarity with NI-DAQmx, VISA, PXI/PXIe, CompactRIO, or other NI hardware platforms.\nExperience with hardware/software interfaces and communication protocols such as CAN, LIN, SPI, I²C, UART, RS-232/485, Ethernet, or USB.\nKnowledge of electronics troubleshooting, schematic interpretation, and laboratory measurement techniques.\nAbility to mentor/guide mid-scale test development engineering teams and represent the test development engineering team to internal and external stakeholders\nApplicants must be EU Citizens to meet Defense security requirements\nKey
